- One supplier closes the delivery loop. We build the system, staff it, train the operators and measure the outcome. Most suppliers sell one of those four.
- AI assurance, not AI demos. Governance, evaluation evidence and control mapping to NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 — the half of an AI programme that gets it into production.
- Research capability inside a technology firm. NAICS 541910 survey and evaluation work, less crowded than 541512 and backed by statutory evidence-building requirements.
- Training heritage since 2017. Named to Forbes Canada's Best Startup Employers 2024, a list that accepts no payment for placement.

6 · Quality, security & accessibility
- Information security
- Access control, secrets management, endpoint hardening and logging across delivery locations. ISO/IEC 27001 certification is planned; it is not held today.
- Data handling
- Data residency, retention and deletion terms are agreed per engagement. Delivery from India is disclosed up front so residency requirements can be assessed before contracting, not after.
- Privacy
- Engagements are designed to meet PIPEDA in Canada and GDPR where applicable, with data-processing terms in the contract.
- Accessibility
- We deliver to WCAG 2.2 AA and design to Section 508 and EN 301 549. This website is our own first piece of evidence for that claim.
- Personnel screening
- Right-to-work verification on every placement, with background screening available on request. No facility clearance is held, so classified work is out of scope.
- Quality management
- Documented delivery process with defined review gates. ISO 9001 certification is planned; it is not held today.
7 · How to contract with us
We hold no contract vehicle of our own. Available routes today: subcontracting under a prime's vehicle; open-market and simplified acquisition awards; state, municipal and provincial procurement; and commercial contracting including corporate supplier-diversity programmes.
Constraints: delivery is performed from Canada and India. We cannot independently bid requirements needing US-performed work, US-persons access, controlled unclassified information handling, or a facility clearance. We team on those.
