Every overrun traces back to a document nobody read or a trade who never arrived.

Construction programmes rarely fail for one dramatic reason. They slip through accumulation — a variation buried in an email chain, an RFI answered three weeks late, a trade package that mobilized short. By the time the delay is visible in the programme, the cheap remedies have already expired.

We attack both accumulations. Project controls and document automation surface the drift while it is still correctable, and our sourcing practice mobilizes the trades, supervisors and commercial staff the programme assumed would simply be available — with certification and right-to-work handled before anyone reaches the gate.

What makes this sector hard

Variations discovered at final account

Scope changes buried in correspondence and priced months after they were agreed on site.

Trades that mobilize short

Packages planned against a labour pool that isn't there when the programme needs it.

RFIs and drawings moving slower than the build

Information cycles that create idle time nobody budgeted for.

Site data that reaches the office too late to act on

Progress and safety records arriving after the decision window has closed.

What we bring

What we build for contractors and developers

Systems that surface drift while it is still correctable, built for a site rather than an office — mobile-first, tolerant of poor connectivity, and usable by people wearing gloves.

  • Project controls and programme analytics that flag slippage while remedies are still cheap
  • Document automation for RFIs, variations, submittals and contracts
  • Site progress capture and computer vision against the programme
  • Estimating and tender support with historical cost intelligence
  • Safety and compliance record automation
  • Asset and portfolio platforms for developers and property owners

Who we source for contractors and developers

Site and commercial roles verified against the tickets, certifications and right-to-work requirements your jurisdiction demands — mobilized end to end, including relocation.

Compliance context

Regimes we design to in this sector.

These are frameworks we build and document against. They are a description of how we work, not a claim that Round Digital is certified against them — our certification status is published in full on the roadmap.

  • Regional HSE requirements
  • Trade certification verification
  • Right-to-work checks
  • ISO 27001 aligned

What changes

Drift visible while it's still cheap

Slippage and variations surfaced in the window where a decision can still change the outcome.

Packages that mobilize full

Trades sourced against the programme, with certification and right-to-work cleared before the gate.

Commercial position defensible

Variations and correspondence captured as they happen rather than reconstructed at final account.

Questions

Do you source trades with verified certifications?

Yes — that's the core of the service. Every trade placement is verified against the tickets and certifications your jurisdiction requires, plus right-to-work. For international candidates we manage recognition, visa and relocation before presenting anyone.

How fast can you mobilize a trade package?

It depends on the trade, the jurisdiction and whether the candidates are local or need a visa pathway — which is why we give you a real timeline per package in the brief rather than an average. Local placements move in weeks; international ones are governed by immigration timelines we can manage but not compress.

Will site systems work with poor connectivity?

Yes. Site capture is mobile-first and offline-capable, syncing when a signal returns. Anything that assumes a reliable connection on a construction site won't get used twice.

Can you integrate with Procore, Aconex or our existing tools?

Yes. We integrate with the common project platforms rather than replacing what your teams already know — the failure mode in construction tech is nearly always adoption, not capability.
